Crafting a West Coast contemporary marvel posed a pivotal challenge in the conceptual design phase. A 10-foot-wide easement divided the property, coinciding with the ideal principal dwelling site. In collaboration with our client, a brilliant solution emerged—slightly downsizing the home and ingeniously positioning an in-ground pool on one side while accommodating the home on the other. The outcome proved remarkably harmonious.
