Custom Home Portfolio

Custom Homes and Renovations Across British Columbia

This portfolio presents 106 custom homes, major renovations, duplexes, cottages and hillside residences designed by Rommel Design Ltd. over more than three decades. The work spans West Vancouver, North Vancouver, the Sea to Sky corridor, the Sunshine Coast and other British Columbia communities.

Each project responds to its site, budget and the way its owners live. Steep grades, ocean and mountain views, mature trees, challenging access and established neighbourhoods have shaped homes with thoughtful circulation, abundant natural light and strong connections between interior and outdoor spaces. The portfolio reflects a practical residential design approach grounded in local zoning, building-code knowledge, construction experience and close collaboration with homeowners, builders and professional consultants.
